I'm Juliet Keohane and I've been supplying candidates to hospitality businesses for the past 10 years. Prior to that, I was a UK City Manager for the recruitment business Adecco, handling their major accounts and managing a large team of consultants. I've been a professional recruiter of both permanent and temporary labour for over 20 years and now run my own consultancy business.

In 2007 I moved to Portugal with my husband and set up two new recruitment ventures. European Travel and Work and Live in Candidates, both supplying European Candidates to the UK and other European countries. Now, due to the effects caused by Brexit and its impact on the UK hospitality industry, I'm focussed on supplying candidates to the Republic of Ireland and other European countries.

I have established connections across Europe, ranging from hospitality schools and colleges, head hunters and cruise ship companies that work with me to find exactly the right type of candidate for your business.

All of my candidates are reference-checked and have all the relevant paperwork required to work in Europe. I recruit my candidates from Romania, Croatia, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Italy, Spain and from within the UK.

The recruitment process is simplified by using telephone or video interviewing and I can normally have candidates arriving at your premises within 7 - 10 days.
