At Keohane Consulting all of the delivery is overseen by Steve Keohane, a truly seasoned professional with an outstanding mix of commercial experience and entrepreneurial flair.

Steve has consulted to large blue chip organizations but honed his commercial experience to enable him to start-up his own business in the late 1990s. Taking the business from an initial idea, through the establishment and early growth stages, Steve led the company through a period of rapid growth and then led its sale to a US public company five years after starting up.

Through this whole period Steve raised investment funding of over £3m, attracted debt finance of over £2.5m and successfully qualified for a range of grants. The final valuation of the business was £18m.

More important were the lessons learned and the networks created - from sourcing investment funding through to developing strategic partnerships with large global organizations. Understanding the critical growth stages of business - knowing when it is right to spend ...or right to reduce costs - its all about being able to make informed decisions.

Steve brings many personal qualities into his delivery but recognises that there is a need to have professional recognition too and is currently:
